Leaders from City of Knoxville and Knox County Mayors’ offices, KCHD, and MDC began to develop All4Knox vision and structure, including identification of sectors.

Substance Misuse Response Coordinator hired by KCHD to facilitate strategic planning process.

Sector leads identified and recruited. Strategic Plan Roadmap developed.
August 2, 2019
Mayors’ All4Knox Summit brought together community members to begin strategic planning process.
September 2019
First sector-specific meetings held. Groups worked to identify strengths, weakness, opportunities and threats within their sector.

Identify current activities and data sources. Create associated measures.
November 2019
Identify gaps in services and programs. Identify best practices for new programs. Create associated measures.

Create overarching strategies. Refine measures. Develop first draft of communitywide strategic plan.
