Based on the implementation priority strategies chosen at the January sector Lead Retreat, the six initial teams were developed. Implementation teams include:

  • Access to Treatment- This team addresses numerous barriers to achieving access to treatment including: cost, transportation, wrap-around services, harm reduction, etc.
  • Standardization of Practice - This team addresses data sharing, utilization of screening tools, systematic protocols, insurance and providers, etc.
  • Access to Judicial Diversion - This team addresses screening, specialty courts, stigma in justice-systems, care for those involved with the justice-systems, etc.
  • Housing - This team address different types of housing and ways to access appropriate and affordable options, etc.
  • Prevention & Education - This team addresses outreach, raising awareness, educating different segments of the population, prevention efforts, etc.
  • Recovery Support - This team addresses peer support, recovery-based activities & programming, wrap-around services, access to recovery support, etc.

About Us


All4Knox is a joint effort of Knox County and the City of Knoxville with facilitation and coordination support from Metro Drug Coalition, the Knox County District Attorney General’s Office and Knox County Health Department. Our hope is to bring together our governments, businesses, nonprofit organizations, faith-based communities and many others in a coordinated fashion to address the substance misuse epidemic.
